Gambling Problems Can Cause Financial Hardship

The Maryland Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling (The Center) invites you to join them at Money Power Day this Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM at Poly-Western High School.  The Center’s booth will be located in the Exhibitor Hall near the Main Stage.

Money Power Day is a FREE annual event providing Baltimore area families with quality financial services including: credit reports, credit counseling, customized financial planning, housing counseling, tax preparation, screening for public benefits and financial programs for youth.

Gambling problems not only affect the finances of the gambler, but also that of their family and friends. The Center will be present to provide financial resources to Maryland residents who may struggle with problem gambling.
